The Transformation & Value Creation Team supports the CEO, Stakeholders and Business Units in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with M&A Department and Business Unit General Management.

We have the opportunity to hire a Project Manager for our Transformation & Value Creation Team, reporting directly to the Director of Group Transformation & Value Creation to support Group's governance activities.

Role Overview: Support Group's governance activities and decision making across boards, top management committees and BU committees, interacting with various Business Units and Functions within TeamSystem Group, and gaining frequent exposure to top management.

Support in defining and executing Group strategies.

Coordinate internal cross-teams activities in the Group Transformation & Value Creation.

Manage Group Transformation & Value Creation budget under the steering of the unit Director.

Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Consultant in Strategy and Management Consulting Firms.

Flexibility in travelling for work.

MSc in Economics or Engineering, MBA preferred.

Italian and English proficient knowledge.
