Project Manager & Service Delivery Lead
The "Project Manager & Service Delivery Lead " reports to the Vree Health Director and is responsible for the the definition, design, and implementation of the client projects and lead the Service Delivery Team.

Primary activities and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Collaborate with medical center business partners, technicians, technology staff and vendors to define project scope, desired results and deliverables.
Gather, analyze, and interpret work processes, financial reports, and other documents.
Identify the business and technical flow of systems, processes and dependencies to maintain effective project outcomes.
Create and update project documents according to standards; preserve and maintain key project information for future use, such as initial charter, post-implementation summary.
Compile required Request for Proposal(RFP) in compliance with state procurement processes.
Lead and coordinate the work of Junior Solution Delivery and Service Centre Team
**Background Requirements and Qualifications**:
The incumbent must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Informatics/science/engineering and be fluent in English (written and spoken) while proficient in local language.
He/she must have a general knowledge of healthcare systems and organizations and of the Digital Health industry, together with strong communication and time management skills.
Deep knowledge of Regulatory Affairs and IVD/MD Directives is mandatory.
5+ years project management experience, preferably in Healthcare Sector and with web technologies and software platforms
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification—including PMP/PRINCE II
Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members' capabilities and skill sets.
