EOS Solutions, a Microsoft partner leader for Business Applications Dynamics 365, is looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in Business Applications projects, particularly focusing on ERP and/or CRM implementations, at our Bolzano office.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the project through all its phases and will lead the project team, closely collaborating with other teams and departments at EOS Solutions.

Specific responsibilities include: Detailing the project planning by defining objectives and milestones for each phase. Ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and costs, guaranteeing total compliance with the established budget and quality indicators. Accurately documenting the progress of each project phase. Supervising each area within the project, promptly analyzing and resolving any disputes and necessary escalations. Ensuring the achievement of client objectives in accordance with the requirements defined during the project phases: diagnostics, analysis, design, development, deployment, and operations. Conducting periodic control processes, reporting project status and completion estimates to the steering committee, anticipating any risks or special intervention needs. Participating in project meetings and being responsible for communication with the client and stakeholders, directly interacting with them. Controlling the economic and financial aspects related to the billing plan of the project. Managing and motivating the project team, assigning tasks based on their competencies and seniority. Required education and skills: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or other relevant training with a focus on Project Management. Excellent communication, organizational, and methodological skills, with strong management capabilities and proficiency in Project Management tools. Good knowledge of the implementation methodology for complex IT projects, preferably in the Microsoft Dynamics environment. Strong understanding of management processes. Good command of the English language. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365. A Project Management certification will be considered a preferential qualification. Possession of a valid type B driving license. Work location: Bolzano
