**About the Role

The Project Manager will be part of the Project Management Plants team and will be directly reporting to the Head of Project Management.

Main responsibilities include:

- Planning, monitoring, and managing, from the moment the project is sold to the installation of the machinery on customer site, ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and costs;

- Leading or coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting;

- Ensuring proper order processing to product delivery, planning activities and schedules, in agreement with other departments, to ensure compliance with the planning and deadlines agreed upon with the other departments and customers;

- Monitoring performance, recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions, and managing projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs;

- Ensuring adequate communication is maintained regarding project status and priorities in order to achieve project objectives in terms of time, budget and realization.

The position is based in Fiorano Modenese (MO), Italy.

**What You Need to Be Successful

- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or similar

- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management in multisite companies or complex organizations

- Professional experience in the intralogistics sector, conveyors, or packaging industries will be considered a plus

- PMP certification preferred

- Autonomy, flexibility and dynamism

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to manage conflicts

- Decision-making and problem-solving attitude

- Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus

- Availability to travel (20% of the time)
