**Description

The resource will be included within the Project Management group.

The Project Manager is responsible for the project starting from the request by the customer up to the validation and qualification of the first "prototype" which will have to satisfy the functionalities requested by the customer, respecting the timing, quality and expected costs.

The PM works in collaboration with groups of designers, research and development, quality, sales, purchases and with leading manufacturers of microelectronic devices.

Essential characteristics of our work environment are the technological content, the very aggressive development times of new products (3-6 months) and the request to produce a product that meets the technical and quality requirements at the first try ("good the first ").

**Responsibilities

- The main objective is to plan and manage the project within the company to create the first "prototype" that meets the functional and quality requirements, respecting the timing and costs agreed with the customer.

- Coordinate the cycle for the introduction of new products until the closure of the project.

- Support the development of new products and their transfer to the production line.

- Collaborate with the Quality department to manage the qualification of new products and new technologies.

- Promote risk analysis and exchange management throughout the development phase.

- Partner with the sales department in defining the contractual terms of quality, functionality, costs and times.

- Highlight critical issues in order to intervene in a timely manner to solve problems.

- Manage reporting and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Age: 30-40 years.

- Degree in Electronic Engineering or Physics.

- Technical knowledge in the field of electronics, microelectronics.

- 1-3 years working experience as a Project Manager.

Expertise in the design and / or production of electrical / electronic circuits is a preferential title.

- Good interpersonal and exhibition skills, both interpersonal and through reports and presentations.

- Good knowledge of project management techniques and tools (including exchange management, risk analysis, Microsoft Office).

- Very motivated and proactive person with good negotiation skills and "problem-solving" skills, attentive to details even in a "multi-tasking" work organization.

- Interest in deepening the technical knowledge of company processes / products.

- The profile is completed by a strong ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.

- Fluent spoken and written English.
