Manage and follow development programs internal or performed by subcontractors

- Interface with multiple stakeholders (external and internal) to define and clarify the various levels of requirements and commercial aspects

- Responsible for on time delivery of projects

- Responsible for the commercial relations and budget project and programs

**Qualifications**:

- Education: BSc + MBA (5+ years) in the telecom (preferred) high-tech industry, electronics or High-tech industry

- Experience in project management, negotiation of commercial, technical and legal aspects of outsourcing agreements

- Proven experience of interaction with different disciplines (internal and external) - R&D, Operations, Quality, finance, legal

- Solid understanding of ERP and BI systems

- Above-average analytical, conceptual and negotiation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience identifying, analyzing and resolving project related matters

- Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks when under extreme pressure

- Experience providing guidance and leadership to external suppliers

- Knowledge of wireless technologies such as Cellular, WIFI, Bluetooth and location (GNSS)

- Experience on cellular architectures, SW systems and high-level architecture and layers, HW module basics, Validation flows, Company processes and products lifecycles

- Strong knowledge on the overall design and process of a complete solution, including different subsystems from the early concept to its certification and release to production

- Travel 40% of the time.
