**About the Role

As Project manager you'll be responsible for planning, monitoring, and managing the project from the time it is sold until the installation of the machinery on the customer site.

He/She will ensure that the project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

Project manager's main responsibilities:

- Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting;

- Ensure the correct order processing to delivery of the product, planning activities and times, in agreement with other departments, to ensure compliance with the planning and the deadlines agreed with the other departments and the customers;

- Monitor performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions and manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs;

- Ensure adequate communication is maintained regarding project status and priorities to achieve the project objectives in terms of time, budget and realization;

**What You Need to Be Successful

- Bachelor's degree in engineering

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Microsoft Project)

- Proven and solid experience in Project Management in a structured and matrix organization;

- Negotiation skills;

- Decision making and problem solving attitude;

- Ability to manage conflicts;

- Fluency in English Language
