Position MissionAchieve the objectives defined for the assigned project, within the terms and conditions of the project, implementing company policy and procedural requirements. ResponsibilitiesBidding: Provide the evaluation of hours and other costs related to the Project Management execution activities together with an evaluation of related risksDelivery: Ensure the accomplishment of the outcomes of the project in accordance with the contractual scope of work, the schedule, the quality requirements and Company processesEconomics/Financials/KPIs: Monitor, report and achieve the targets of the assigned project in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cash inEconomics/Financials/KPIs: Monitor, report and achieve the project KPIsContract Management: Manage the Client relationshipContract Management: Promote business opportunities and manage of the Change OrdersContract Management: Manage the ClaimsTeam Management: Execute the staffing process of the project teamTeam Management: Evaluate the performances on project team membersTechnical Skills, Qualifications and Professional ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in the sectorAt least 3 years of experience as a Project ManagerManaged complex projects with a budget exceeding €10M or managed multiple projects for a cumulative budget exceeding €25MExcellent knowledge of Italian and EnglishIn-depth knowledge of Office toolsPMP certifiedKnowledge of Primavera, MS Project or similar
