Management of the project delivery on a day-to-day basis, addressing change and resource requests, Project governance set-up and running (project / steering committee: preparing material, presenting, drafting minutes and following up on actions); Oversight and management of internal and external communications; Project planning and organisation of relevant meetings in line with the Euronext Project Management policy; Monitoring and reporting on the scope of the project; Identification, tracking, management, resolution and escalation of Issues & Risks; Client engagement and availability, supported by Product Owners, Sales and Business Operations; Coordination of associated projects with the Market and the CSD, or management of the project across the value chain, depending on the project; Consolidated project reporting; Management of third-party vendors; Respecting key processes such as GDPR and InfoSec processes. Il candidato prescelto Ideal Profile and skills

At least 4 years' project management experience, delivering projects from start to finish; Experience working in an international and culturally diverse organization; Experience with the agile project management methodology is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills - working with teams from various locations and departments, and interacting with varying levels of seniority across the organization; Excellent oral and written communication and influencing skills, capable of interacting effectively with business product and operation experts as well as with executive level management; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Knowledge of financial markets; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Mastering of English as a working language is a must.
