**About the Role

Coesia is an End-to-End provider for the E-Commerce industry, through the joint effort of several Companies.

The PM will be part of the central E-Commerce team and will be directly reporting to the Head of PMO.

You will be dedicated to e-commerce full packaging line project management, being the main interface for the different projects developed by single companies.

Main responsibilities:

- Plan, monitor, and manage, from the time the project is sold until the installation of the machinery on the customer site, ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost;

- Lead or coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, and troubleshooting;

- Ensure the correct order processing to delivery of the product, planning activities and times, in agreement with other departments, to ensure compliance with the planning and the deadlines agreed with the other departments and the customers;

- Monitor performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions and manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs;

- Ensure adequate communication is maintained regarding project status and priorities in order to achieve the project objectives in terms of time, budget and realization;

**What you need to be successful

- Experience in Project Management

- Experience in multisite companies or complex organizations

- Professional experience in the intralogistics sector, conveyors, or e-commerce packaging industries will be considered a plus

- Master's Degree in Engineering or STEM Degree

- Fluent in the English language, both written and spoken

- Available to travel

- PMP certification preferred

- Negotiation skills

- Decision-making and problem-solving attitude
