We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in over 16 countries (Europe & North America). Greenvolt Power Italyis seeking aSenior Project Managerto contribute directly to the development and management of our renewable energy projects.

This role involves overseeing multiple projects at different stages, from licensing to handover to the final client. Key accountabilitiesManage multiple projects across various stages of development, from licensing process to final handover.

Build and maintain healthy relationships with key project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and others.

Review regular progress reports and make necessary adjustments to staffing, finances, or other aspects to align with broader project goals.

Monitor, administer, and control assigned Greenfield and Co-development activities.

Verify and validate land leases and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Manage activities related to the incorporation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).

Verify and validate design choices, ensuring alignment with project specifications and goals.

Monitor, administer, and control Service and/or Co-development contracts.

Prepare and submit monthly reports on project progress and financial status.

Administer and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

Provide support for M&A activities, assisting in the evaluation of project-related opportunities.

Coordinate with Procurement and Construction functions to ensure timely execution of projects.

Verify and validate additions to filed projects as requested by authorizing bodies.

Attend relevant Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies.

Ensure the successful handover of projects to the business functions, preparing for construction or sale.

Safeguard the quality and safety of the development process for all entrusted lines of business. QualificationsUniversity Degree in Engineering (preferably related to Energy or Project Management).

Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within the renewable energy sector (wind and PV).

In-depth knowledge of the energy market, with a focus on renewable energy.

Strong experience in Construction Project Management and leadership.

Demonstrated positive leadership, adaptability, and proactivity.

Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
