Atlas Copco BLM s. r. l.
is looking for a Project Manager to be included in our R&D Department.
He/She will report hierarchically to the Manager Project Office.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Work with marketing/sales and R&D to generate and refine product requirements, features and improvement requests
- Work with purchase, industrialization and production departments to launch the product on the market.
- Personally own and manage the complete organizational life cycle of new project/products development, from product requirements collection and validation, up to volume production (development break-down, Gantt definition, design, development, validation, field tests, certifications and product documentation included)
- Define and manage project plan, milestones and priorities
- Ensure an excellent communication flow, with all the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and control of the typical most relevant development metrics (quality, cost, schedule)
- Follow up with the different parties involved in projects (such as internal/external teams and suppliers) to secure on time and in scope deliverables
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to identify areas for improvement or and escalate to upper management if required
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Actively support the product development methodology improvement
**Qualifications and experiences
- University degree in computer science, electronics/mechanicals engineering, or equivalent discipline.
- 3+ years relevant experience as Project Manager
- Proven experience on development of hardware/mechanical/firmware integrated solutions
- Proven experience to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Good knowledge of project life-cycles and communication plans
- Proficient in English
**Nice to Have
- Knowledge on Agile product development methodology (with focus on Product Owner's tasks and responsibilities)

- Good interpersonal communications skills with an understanding of cultural diversity

- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Flexibility, ability to prioritize activities and to efficiently manage time, meeting challenging deadlines
- Ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic and international environments and to work effectively and independently with all levels of the organization.
