Project Manager
Intellisync is expanding its team and launching new projects, and we are looking for an experienced project manager with at least five years of experience in the IT field.
The project manager will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to completion.
This includes planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
The role requires close collaboration with engineering managers and product owners to track project progress and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customers to gather project requirements and define the scope.
Track project deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines.
Monitor project risks and support engineering managers and product owners in defining mitigation strategies.
Track project execution through engineering managers and product owners, ensuring work progresses according to plan and budget.
Lead project meetings, reporting progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management.
Conduct post-project reviews to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Document lessons learned and contribute to improving the company's project management processes.

Must-have 5+ years of experience as a project manager in a scale-up environment.
Experience in budgeting and tracking project costs.
Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Wrike, Jira).
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to travel to customers as needed.
Experience in working with hybrid and remote teams.
B2 or better spoken and written English.
B2 or better spoken and written Italian.
Nice-to-have Experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity, or AI projects.
