**What you will do**:

You'll work in innovative financial services projects for major banking clients. You're responsibilities will include:

- Supervise the execution of projects in the Financial Services domain.

- Help build lasting relationships with senior IT and business stakeholders.

- Lead interactions with our client teams to understand their business processes, challenges and develop plans for effective solutions.

- Challenge existing ways-of-working and help design innovative solutions with clear ROI

- Prepare viable and efficient plans for project execution.

- Monitor & manage project progress, delivery risks, and ensure project completes on time, within budget and the full scope is delivered.

- Troubleshoot and help manage challenges faced by the team.

- Ensure effective & timely communication with all stakeholders.

- Take ownership of project governance and adherence to execution plans.

- Stakeholder management and presentation of deliverables to senior business audience.

**What you'll bring**:

- MSc. in Economics, Engineering or other STEM degrees, with high grades.

- 2-5 years of professional in project management, preferably in consulting firms.

- Ability to build trust-based relationships with IT and Business stakeholders.

- Ability to translate business concepts into project requirements.

- Expertise in Banking and Financial Services domains, with expertise in Basel IV reforms.

- Familiarity with technologies such as Teradata, Mainframe IBM, . NET, and Oracle databases

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
