We need more than ever a lover of tidiness and order, who can understand the client's needs and get them done efficiently as well as being able to interface with the team and support their work along the way. Work is done on site, in our studio in Verona, Italy. Tasks:Constructing project plansAllocating resources and overseeing task deliveryManaging and adjusting multiple projectsCommunicating milestones and delivery against KPI'sWork closely with production to plan the production lineLink into cost management and budgetsUpdating the client and being there for any meeting or callSkills:3+ years' project management experienceExcellent knowledge of Italian and EnglishFamiliarity with animation projectsUnderstanding of production planningExcellent organizational and time managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with people from different countries and different backgroundsGood knowledge of the Notion appGood knowledge of any spreadsheet app (Google sheets, excel, numbers etc.
