They prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Role and Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate solar panel installation projects, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and within the scheduled timelines. Budget Management: Ensure adherence to the project budget and financial goals. Team Supervision: Oversee and manage external teams involved in the installation of solar systems. Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites during the installation process. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports for company management. Requirements:Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in managing solar panel installation projects. Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar energy regulations and safety standards, as well as local permitting procedures and regulations. Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, team management, and excellent communication skills.
