Local Unit & Position Description:

Reporting to the PM Manager, the Project Manager ensures the delivery of Management System Certification (MSC) complex projects for all assigned Customers.

**The main areas of responsibility include**:

- Ensure the delivery of the portfolio according to the established timing, ensuring respect of the costs, time and quality agreed;

- Ensure the operating forecast reporting for all clients assigned by cooperating with the Sales function responsible for assigned Customers;

- Support the Key Customer Manager in drafting complex MSC quotations in order to prevent and anticipate any difficulties indelivery;

- Formulation of the planning and programming of detail;

- Efficient and effective organization of human resources available in individual projects (promoting communication and teamwork in the project team);

- Distribution of resources on the activities and monitoring of the work-in-progress;

- Periodic control process (costs, scope, job cards), reporting to the PM Manager the progress of the work, the quality of the activities performed and deliverables, anticipating the needs of particular interventions or contractual revisions;

- Perform 3rd party audits according to at least in 2 of the following schemes: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO50001

Position Qualifications:

- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification;

- Experience in the management of complex projects;

- Mandatory qualification as Lead Auditor of 3rd Part in quality management systems at least in 2 of the following schemes: ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001;

- Strong client communication skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with Clients;

- Fluent command of English and Italian, in writing and in speech;

- Willingness and ability to travel within the region and internationally up to 10%
