**Project Manager**:

TXT Group, Consulting and System Integration leader in Italy, is looking for a Project Manager, to lead the research and development team located in Bari.

A technical background (software engineering and architectures) is considered a plus to facilitate the interaction with groups that deal with software prototyping.

- Be accountable of projects monitoring and team coordination;

- Manage and overwatch software development progress;

- Lead the team and suggest best practices;

- Play an active role in the technical analysis and definition of project solutions.

- At least two/four years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT area;

- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies;

- Basic knowledge of software engineering and software development methodologies;

- Good written and spoken English.

**Required education**: A degree in software engineering, management engineering or similar.
