We are looking for a **Project Manager** with at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role to work as a contractor on projects for one of our clients.

**Activities & Main Responsibilities

The PM will have in charge the planning, organization, monitoring, and support of projects covering the whole Digital R&D Value Chain.

More specifically, projects to be overseen, belong to the following main areas:

- **Research & Prehuman**: includes projects mainly focused on Target Identification, Drug Design and Drug Repurposing and Translational Medicine;

- **Clinical Development**: projects belonging to this area are concentrated on Clinical Monitoring and Planning with particular attention to Patient Centricity theme;

- **Regulatory**: includes projects focalized on Regulatory Compliance and Intelligence;

- **Pharmacovigilance**: the main goals of the projects belonging to this area are Safety Data Intake and Signal Management;

- **Chemistry Manufacturing and Control**: projects belonging to this area concern principally Product/Process Modelling, Automation, Planning and Manufacturing;

- **Data Governance**: the main objective of this area is the management of digital R&D data and documents; it includes projects focused on Data Integration, NLP and Semantic Analysis and (Long) Archiving;

- **Quality Monitoring**: projects related to this area are aimed at Quality Control along the whole digital R&D Value Chain.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Management and updating of system data (Planisware)

**Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Science

- 2-4 years of project management and related experience

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
