Exor International is looking for aProject Manager to be hired that will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and motivating project teams to reach project business goals.

He/She will frequently interact with the customers in order to better define/update the project scope during the time, as well as share acceptance criteria for the milestones. When required, he/she will report to the Senior Manager about status of the projects.

He/she will also help the Senior Managers to set up internal and external meetings like Project Update Meeting and Project Review.

While performing the above mentioned activities, the Project Manager will be expected to leverage his/her knowledge of traditional project management practices with standard principles and tools, in order to manage the execution of the project in a fast paced iterative environment.

Responsibilities Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value Support the Sales dept during the meetings with the customers to collect business needs and translate them in requirements Depending on the size of the project, work alone or in pair with other Project Manager Manage projects and communication with customers representatives Monitor project deliverables in respect with time & budget constraints Act as facilitator between team members to reach project goals Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills including collaborating and team building Knowledge of tools to support the day-by-day activities of Project Management is appreciated (Jira, Office Tools or equivalent) Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT teams at different levels Strong organizational skills At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge about SCADA , PLC's, HMI's projects for Automation is not mandatory but appreciated Fluent in English and in Italian (German will be considered as a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
