PosizioneReporting to the Head of Project Management, you will be responsible for:Create the Project Management PlanLead the Project Team, coordinate all activities in the project and be the interface to the customer and other involved parties (stakeholders). Ensure that applicable laws and regulations are being respected by the Project Team when carrying out the Scope of Work. Create the Project Scope definition. Ensure that the Project Documentation is created and maintained. Create, maintain and run the Project Communication plan. Create and maintain the Project Risk List. RequisitiAt least 5-7 years as Project Manager in a mid-high complex environmentProven experience in leading team members (even if not hierarchically)Proven experience as single Point of Contact (SPoC) for the customerFamiliar with structured problem-solving methodologiesAbroad experience will be considered a plusKnowledge in Project Management Fundamentals, preferably PMP certified. Good Equipment and Digital Systems understanding (Data Science, Electronics, Control, Mechanics)Good ability to run configuration management and change management in the project. Good skills in working with usual MS-Office applications, MS-Project and other necessary tools (e. G. , to control project budget)Adequate Know-how in Contracting and commercial practiceGood social and leadership skills in a matrix organization (ability to work in a team, ability for effective coordination of a team)Proficiency in both Italian and English, verbally and in writing#J-18808-Ljbffr
