Ruolo

Key responsabilities:

Define and manage the new openings and the restyling projects of the stores

Coordinate site and store inspection, mandatory documents analysis management and technical due diligence

Scouting and identification of the proper contractors and manage related contracts

Personally supervise the construction works on site

Build project budgets, including preliminary studies and financial evaluations, and monitor all related expenses

Guarantee the compliance on requirements of the corporate internal management systems (QHSE)

Is the focal point in case of important emergencies andguarantee that these are managed and solved in the best way, minimizing delays for business all week long

Interact effectively with all involved functions, both locally and globally

Coordinate and globally supervise store's maintenance activities.

MSc Degree in Engineering/Architecture or related working experience

Min 5-7 years of experience in the role, in an international retail context, luxury segment is preferred

Deep knowledge of quality, health & safety, technical issues (H. V. A. C. , fire safety systems. . ), and construction management

Strong project management and communication skills are essential skills

Excellent knowledge of English language
