AA Euro Group has been retained to recruit a Project Manager for a Data Centre project in Milan, Italy.

Permanent and contract employment options are available to suit varied professional preferences.

This position offers excellent progression opportunities, with the potential to advance into a Regional Leader or Operations Director role within a short timeframe, aligning with company growth and succession plans.

The Role: Establish performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met.

Liaise with the client and establish a trusting relationship to ensure future project opportunities.

Develop and administer quality control provisions; liaise on project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.

Strengthen and manage relationships with the local supply chain to improve project efficiency and delivery.

Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation.

Champion company Safety implementation on-site and at site Safety Leadership Teams.

Track and report at weekly client update meetings.

Authorise the issuance of contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.

All other duties associated with this role.

Requirements: A relevant third-level qualification.

5+ years of previous experience in Project Management.

Strong understanding of power generation, diesel generators, and data centre builds (big projects exposure).

Knowledge of Health & Safety.

A strong understanding of the local supply chain in Italy is advantageous.

Excellent IT skills.
