Our Client in one of major Italian General Contractor since the early 1900.

For an important project based in Algeria - Five Star Hotel in the center of the Capital - Algeri, We are looking for a Project Manager - French speaking - who will join and coordinate the team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

The project will last around 2 years.

We are looking for a Project Manager with business skills and a strong background in management, budgeting and analysis.

The Project Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each job are compatible.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who will fit with our collaborative culture.

The Project Manager will be in charge of: - Meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;

- Developing and tracking job's budget;

- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;

- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;

- Ensuring resource availability and allocation;

- Developing a detailed project plan to track progress;

- Using appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;

- Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short

- and long-term goals - Reporting and escalating to management as needed;

- Managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;

- Performing risk management to minimize project risks;

- Meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis;

- Preparing reports for upper management regarding status of projects.

- Must have - French Speaking

- Solid technical background.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

- BIM / Revit knowledge appreciated
