We are currently open to hiring a new colleague for the role of **Project Manager (Automotive)**, to support our plant location in **Santhià - Italy**.

**Key responsibilities

- Coordinates and manages technical activities, evaluates the main economic indicators, organises the various phases of the assigned project in order to meet company and customer expectations

- Develops the detailed planning and scheduling of the project and is responsible for monitoring these, promptly reporting possible deviations and proposing recovery plans

- Develops and shares the project with the team according to the PDP plan and consistent with the client's APQP

- Schedules and organises regular and cadenced team meetings to discuss the status of the project both internally and with the client

- Makes decisions and assumes a leadership role in resolving open issues, or proposes internal escalation if higher-level management decisions are required

- Coordinates the internal and external resources of the project team

- In case of project changes due to Customer request or external needs, formulates technical and economic proposals according to new target

- Interfaces with Sales and Finance to manage properly the customer invoicing flow

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Management Engineering or similar disciplines

- Minimum 3 years' experience in the role, preferably from the automotive industry

- Fluent English

- PMI-PMP certification (or similar)

- Availability to travel both in Italy and Europe

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent Negotiation skills and conflict management

- Problem solving

- Attention to detail and multitasking
