**We are looking for

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

- Demonstrable experience in technical and functional management of long-range projects.

- Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar position.

- Organization and time management.

- Advanced Italian & English level, several projects are with clients from Italy.

- Knowledge and experience of the stock market.

- Orientation to detail and quality.

- Availability to travel punctually.

- Ability to prioritise, change management and reporting to higher layers.

- Agile methodologies.

- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

- Knowledge and experience in the operation of online brokers, trading and banking back-office services.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and clarify any doubts to create clear requirements for the development team.

- Ability to understand the possible problems of the team at a high level, to transfer to the client and propose or look for alternatives.

- Resolution of problems and conflicts.
