What You'll Do As a Project Manager Create comprehensive and achievable work and project plans, as well as manage them using our project management tools; Ensure the team works optimally and adheres to operational processes, including the effective use of our tools; Provide guidance to the team on process improvements, continuously creating greater efficiency in the workflow; Supervise, schedule, and manage the team's production certifications, adhering to corporate-level requirements. The Experience and Skills That Make You the Right Fit for Our Team: Experience as a Project Manager in enhancing customer experience and delivering quality projects; 3 to 5 years of experience managing digital transformation projects; Academic background in engineering and/or computer science; Experience managing work groups in technical project settings; Specific industry expertise in areas such as Energy, Utilities, or Telco; Specific process expertise (e. g. , CRM, Billing, warehouse and logistics management, etc. ); Knowledge of major project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches); Professional proficiency in English. The Qualities That Make You Stand Out Among Candidates Basic understanding of various business elements (logistics, warehousing, accounting, digital marketing, etc. ) sufficient to engage with subject matter experts within a project context; Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with project stakeholders; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively; Passion for continuous learning; Proficiency in German and/or Spanish is a plus.
