This role focuses on organizing high-profile conferences and workshops, streamlining project workflows, and enhancing team collaboration.

Location: Segrate (MI) Contract: One-year contract, with the possibility of renewal Salary: Approximately €30, 000 per year Responsabilità Key Responsibilities: - Large-Scale Event Management: Lead the organization and execution of conferences, workshops, and business events, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are flawlessly managed.

- Project Operations Support: Assist the technical teams with project planning and implementation processes within the labs.

- Process Management: Oversee key internal processes, including documentation, reimbursement procedures, and online tools for asset management.

- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate regular business meetings, tracking action points and ensuring timely follow-ups.

- Team Activities: Design and execute team-building activities and workshops to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
