The Milan Research Team seeks an experienced professional to manage large-scale events, support technical team operations, and ensure seamless coordination of business activities.
This role focuses on organizing high-profile conferences and workshops, streamlining project workflows, and enhancing team collaboration.
The successful candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, managing complex logistics and delivering outstanding event experiences.
Location : Segrate (MI) Contract: One-year contract, with the possibility of renewal Salary: Approximately €30, 000 per year Responsabilità Key Responsibilities: Large-Scale Event Management: Lead the organization and execution of conferences, workshops, and business events, ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are flawlessly managed.
Project Operations Support: Assist the technical teams with project planning and implementation processes within the labs.
Process Management: Oversee key internal processes, including documentation, reimbursement procedures, and online tools for asset management.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate regular business meetings, tracking action points and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Team Activities: Design and execute team-building activities and workshops to foster a cohesive and collaborative work environment.
Functie-eisen Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in organizing and managing large conferences and corporate events.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing projects and processes.
Master's or Bachelor's degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Adaptability, resilience under pressure, and a results-driven mindset.
Fluency in Italian, English, and Chinese is essential.
