Job Overview TE Connectivity's project management is responsible for organizing the operational aspects of projects from inception to implementation.

The project manager coordinates cross-departmental teams and serves as a connection between project management and planning, the project teams and line management.

The Project Manager reviews the status of projects and budgets, organizes schedules and prepares status reports.

She/he evaluates project-related problems and develops solutions to comply with specifications and goals in the areas of productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.

She/he will also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervening and problem-solving with project managers, line managers and customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Manage project scope, schedule and budget for projects within assigned business area Lead assigned core teams to achieve established goals Clearly communicate roles, expectations and responsibilities to team members on a regular basis using a cross-functional KPI process Establish and coordinate design reviews, Design of Experiment (DoE), and continuous improvement activities Initiation and maintenance of project-related change and risk management Management of interfaces within the project teams with a problem-solving and action-leading approach Communication to all internal and external stakeholders concerning the project status and activities What your background should look like: Project Management Experience English and Italian Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
