Project Manager - Creative Services

**LOCATION**:Milan, Italy (Hybrid working is an option)

**TYPE**:Full-time

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years' Account Management/ Project Management experience (with preferably 3D-CGI experience)

**VERTICAL**:Digital - CLX Europe BU

**Role Summary

**Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

- Work with production teams across Verona and Mumbai

- Organize and drive calls

- Ensure projects stay on track

- Help in pre-sales activities like decks and quotes prep

- Work with production to create project Gant charts, pass on feedback to clients, ensure the project stays on track

- Support pre-sales activities when needed

- Push back on any unreasonable requests from clients with respect to production

- Track billing on completion of projects and ensure invoices are raised when due

- Contribute to the development of the creative services practice at eClerx

**Required Skill Set/Expertise

- Strong communication - verbal and written

- Confidence and ability to push back with clients when needed

- Working knowledge of excel and presentation

- Ability to work with teams

- Prior pre-sales experience is preferred

- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills - the ability to network and earn client confidence and trust

- Highly motivated, resourceful, and adaptable.

Must enjoy constantly learning and tackling new challenges

- Applicants must have the right work in Italy
