Project Manager
Cheil Italy , the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for a Project Manager to join our Experiential Team in our Milan offices.
Main Roles & Responsibilities: Create and manage project plans; monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success; Manage day-to-day execution of project implementations; Manage the team on field; Assist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the project; Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skills; Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project deliverables, as needed; Provide strong responding to incoming agency requests in a proactive and timely manner, demonstrating efficiency and reliability; Ensure the complete diligence of administrative tasks (cost estimates/financial tracking, timing plans, forecasting, contact & status reports, etc. ).
Desired skills: Proven experience in sport events/olympics management will be considered a plus; Must have from 3 to 5 years of experience in roles in multinational corporation or agency as Project Manager; Demonstrated project leadership skills, with direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule; Must have strong MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills; Excellent communicator both verbal and written (in English as well); Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment; Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure; Be able to manage multiple projects/tasks under pressure, maintaining strong attention to detail; Great team player.
