Your impact

The role of Project Manager is a key Leadership role, being responsible for:

Ensure compliance with Company Quality, Environmental, Safety and Health proceduresDefining, maintaining and monitoring project specific procedures and quality assurance plansProviding project reporting and forecasting against the project programs to the client and in houseReviewing and implementing project delivery strategies that meet company objectives, and recommending revisions to achieve project expectationsEstablishing and managing the budget for project deliveryResponding to customer feedbackBeing proactively involved in developing project delivery strategiesResponsible to deliver project in quality, in time and in budgetProblem solving attitudeHere's what you'll need:

Minimum of a Degree (or equivalent) and proven track record in project delivery role within Project ManagementMinimum 10 years' experience in Project Management in engineering firmsSpecific experience in Data Center projects delivery in Europe, greenfield and/or brownfield, of a size above 20MW in the last 5 yearsSuccessfully manage hyperscale or colocation Data Center design projects in Europe with main international ClientsExperience in managing multi-office projectsAbility to plan, control and monitor design, procurement, construction and commissioningTo provide personnel with the support and mentoring necessary to ensure the highest degree of professional application across the project management function and working relationships commensurate with the ethics of the professionExcellent written, communication and organizational skills and excellent oral, strong interpersonal and negotiation skillsExcellent problem solving and team working skills including being able to rapidly engage with a teamLeadership and people managementOther requirements:

Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken, is a must.
