Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for managing a set of projects in their entirety, from launch to completion, ensuring cost, time and quality compliance, mitigating potential risks and managing critical issues in a timely manner. Technical and economic project managementContinuous dialogue with the customer and the team (designers, buyers, test engineers and installers)Communicate project requirements clearly, completely and unambiguouslyEnsuring that design, purchasing and production activities meet the customer's requirementsPlanning, organising and coordinating the project (Gantt, WBS, control of critical resources)Detailed control of progress against agreed deadlinesClose monitoring of costs and deviations from agreed budgetsProfileThe profile is aimed at candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably mechanical, industrial or electronic) with at least 1 year of work experience in the industrial sector or Technical Institute Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector. In particular, the following are required:Passion for industrial machinery, especially in the area of leak testing/tightness controlSound basic knowledge in engineering (mechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, pneumatics, vacuum technology, process engineering, instrumentation, industrial automation, PLC programming, software engineering, machine safety, industrial production management)Knowledge of the main project management techniques and the Microsoft Office packageKnowledge of ERP/MRP software and their basic functionsFluency in English in oral and written formOutstanding proactivity/entrepreneurship, willingness to solve problems and strong goal orientationExcellent organisational skills, ability to distinguish binding priorities and activities from minor detailsExcellent communication skills, both towards clients and the work team, in oral and written formAbility to work in a team, creating positive, solid and trust-based professional tiesLeadership/ability to lead a team to achieve business objectivesStrong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills (team building, motivation, persuasion, negotiation and conflict management)Ability to maintain an overview of the project but also analyse critical detailsAdditional requirements:Availability to work in the area of Calvignasco (MI) or Cornate d'Adda (MB)Occasional availability to visit customer plants in Italy and abroadMaster's degree in EngineeringExperience in Project Management in the industrial sectorProject Management courses/certificates (PMP, Prince, Agile)Experience as mechanical, electrical, software or fluidic designer of industrial machineryKnowledge of Spanish languageThis position is open to candidates of any gender (Italian Law 903/77).
