We seek a versatile and results-driven Project Manager to join our team full-time.

This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple initiatives, from launching new products to driving strategic partnerships and producing market insights.

What you'll do: Manage and execute diverse projects across fintech, bridging startups and corporates to create value. Develop market reports, insights, and research to support the fintech ecosystem. Drive new product initiatives, from ideation to execution, collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Facilitate strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment between fintech startups and established players. Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and impact. Identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to optimize projects and initiatives. Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with corporate partners, acting as the primary contact to proactively identify collaboration opportunities and overseeing the successful execution of joint initiatives. What We're Looking For: 2 years of experience in consulting, startups, or scale-ups, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects. Strong interest in the Fintech ecosystem, in startups, and in what is happening in the world of financial services above and beyond just Italy. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex and fast-moving environments. Experience working with corporates, startups, or fintech companies is a plus.
