Within the Development Department, in charge of tertiary / mixed development projects at different stages of development: the Project Manager will have to manage the project resources, achieving deadlines and financial targets to guarantee the best result and give adequate answer to the needs of complex projects

- Concept /Feasibility phase : identification of goals and definition of design strategies, identification of design team, organization and coordination of the team identifying functions, responsibilities and communication flows ; Budget and general intervention program definition with a preliminary analysis of construction costs all in coordination with internal Product Innovation and cost control team ;

- In the design phase: development of the specifications of the project, including detailed design to obtaining building permits and in general all administrative authorizations, definition of tender contracts and specifications to finalize the development of the project in order to call for bid with the support of Internal Construction management team.

Building-up a dossier for approval of the project by the Top Management.

- In the construction phase: follow-up of the completion of works, based on regular financial and operational reporting from the construction manager, reporting to Top Management, preparation of Leaseholder's Manual, if any, preparation of preliminary contract of sale of future goods, etc. .

All above activities will have to be developed in relation with BENI STABILI internal departments, such as Asset, Planning & Control, Product Innovation, Sustainability, Legal etc.

**Profile Requirements

**Graduated from an engineer program (civil engineering or building), you have a 10 years in development project area (general contractor or developer) with 5 years minimum as project manager

- Project management

- Economics (common ratio, ability to analyse costs vs project)

- Knowledge of office product, in-depth technical skills (construction procedures and materials)

- Familiarity with health and safety standards sustainability approach,

- Capacity to negotiate work contracts, work in team and leading capacity,

- English basics

Priority for disabled workers with similar skills (according to Italian law 68/99)
