Project Manager Digital - Design Process
**About you**:
In this role, as part of the Process Office is involved along all the process related activities, connected to the global initiatives in scope to the Digital & Innovation Function.
Examples of activities in scope of the role are:
- Processes Assessment and Survey
- Processes Analysis and Design
- Processes Re-engineering
- Processes Innovation
- Change Management Process design
**Your role**:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborates with a variety of Stakeholders to understand Business needs and AS-IS Process, aimed to implement and support them.
Define the Processes evolution/innovation (TO-BE) answering to the identified Business Needs
- Interact with all the relevant stakeholders (Global Central Functions and Practices, Innovation, Digital, Analytics, IT, etc. )
to collect information on processes, organization, roles and activities.
Analyze all the information to define, share and agree the Processes evolution/innovation (TO-BE), answering to the identified Business Needs.
- Orchestrate the execution of the Processes focused projects, connecting the appropriate stakeholders and monitoring activities, in order to track the progress of the projects and to grant the respect of deadlines and project targets.
- Update regularly the Project tools (MS Teams, Asana, etc. )
to track the project progress and to share relevant information.
Produce specific report where required
**What you will need**:
- Knowledge of main Process Analysis methodologies
- Ability to coordinate and interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Capability to manage autonomously complex situations in international environment
- Familiarity with IT processes and procedures
- Knowledge at good level of the following tools : MS Teams; MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint); MS Project/Asana/Trello or similar tools
- Professional English knowledge, written and spoken
- Management and leadership
- Proactivity
- Analytical skills
