Responsibilities include managing multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project management, from initiation to closing. The role involves monitoring project performance against budget and schedule baselines and preparing periodic performance reports for leadership. The Project Manager will coordinate with DC Operations and vendor teams to minimize downtime during project work. Participation in the capital planning process with Supply Chain leadership and FP&A teams is also a key responsibility. Minimum RequirementsA bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related business degree is required for this role. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of prior experience in managing capital projects, preferably in a retail or material handling environment. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as the role requires effective communication with all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. In-depth analytical skills and a strong attention to detail are crucial for monitoring project performance and preparing reports.
