Responsibilities:Manage and improve operational practicesAllocate resources and materials to meet project deadlinesTrack and forecast operational trends and analysisProvide daily operations oversight for outside teamsFormalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulationsQualifications:4 year degree to show initial competence if just starting a career or stability if a few years of work experience has been gained. Previous experience in operations or other related fieldsStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong leadership qualitiesKnowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)Proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plusCompany Description: Growing mid-sized company.
