**About the role**:

- Improving internal processes of PMO;

- Planning, monitoring and managing, by the time the project is sold until the installation of the machinery on customer site, part of System projects ensuring project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost;

- Leading or coordinating project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting;

- Ensuring the correct order processing to delivery of product, planning activities and times, in agreement with other departments, to ensure compliance with the planning and the deadlines agreed with the other departments and the customers;

- Monitoring performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions and managing projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

**What you need to be successful;

- Degree in Engineering or related addresses;

- Proven and solid experience in Project Management in a structured and matrix organization;

- Fluent English language;

- Will complete the profile: negotiation skills, decision making, problem solving attitude, ability to manage conflicts.
