Arup is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our PPM Team.
**Role**:
Undertake day to day project management for current ongoing project commitments and future projects;
Be involved in interfacing clients gaining their trust and ensuring that their needs will be met by the brief through effective communication;
Work collaboratively within a mutually supportive team environment with a focus on team success;
Coordinate tasks, ensuring work quality is maintained at required standard;
Effectively manage the time, scope, cost, quality and performance of projects;
Prepare project reports for clients summarising key issues and strategically advising on best outcomes;
Prepare and maintain project plans, records, reports, logs and registers;
Assist in the preparation and delivery of tender submissions and presentations;
Provide input into the ongoing skill development within the project management team.
Visit the construction site to monitor work progress, timing to be compliant with the schedule and update on working status, issues, critical situation
**Requirements**:
Degree in architecture or building engineering;
Knowledge and 3-5 years of experience in the field of project management and related areas across a range of projects;
Fluency in both Italian and English language;
Experience on site for interior projects;
Developed interest and knowledge in logistics and procurement;
Be able to independently undertake project analyses and report on results;
Experience of managing key projects as part of a team;
Able to quickly develop and maintain successful client and team relationships;
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
Excellent planning and organisational skills;
Excellent communications skills (including formal and informal presentations, written communications and reports);
Able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness;
Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
Availability to travel within Europe
