If you want to be part of a top technology brand, join us!What you'll doProject Planning and execution: define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop project plans and resource requirements; develop project timelines and ensure that project milestones are met on time / schedule. Project Financial: manage project budgets and financials, ensuring that the project does not exceed the allocated resources and meets the financial goals. Team Management: coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives by assigning tasks and responsibilities, monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues. Communication and Stakeholder Management: manage stakeholders' expectations and requirements, facilitate communication across departments and with clients. Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: ensure that project deliverables meet the quality standards set, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes. Customer Centricity: effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers' needs, while proactively identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer relationships. What you'll need3/5 years of experience as IT Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other SaaS companies or system integrators. Proven experience in delivering complex and international projects, leading cross-functional teams, using best practices and adequate tools. Experience in gathering customer requirements, product backlog prioritization, developing effort estimates/schedules, and issuing Statements of Works. In-demand certifications: PMI-ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively, collaborate with internal teams, and interact with management. Willingness to travel. Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2). What's nice to havePrevious experience in implementing and overseeing the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for different types of industries (e. g. , Telco, Utilities, Rail). Previous experience in a product software company. Previous experience working with international clients. Knowledge of GIS technology.
