Lead the end-to-end management of emission aftertreatment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to deliver projects successfully. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Collaborate with the sales team during the proposal and pre-contract stages to provide technical expertise and project feasibility insights. Assist in preparing customer presentations, technical documents, and cost estimates. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded. Maintain a strong customer focus and build long-term relationships based on trust and delivery excellence. Technical Contribution: Actively contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving during project design and execution phases. Support the engineering team in translating customer requirements into practical, efficient solutions. Your Profile: Education: Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Marine or Power Generation industries.

Proven track record in Application Engineering or technical roles.

Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies.

English at a professional level is a must.

German is a strong plus. Mindset: Customer-centric with a focus on delivering results and building partnerships.
