Key responsibilities: Project Execution and Controlling: Lead the end-to-end management of emission aftertreatment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to deliver projects successfully.

Ensure project profitability.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team during the proposal and pre-contract stages to provide technical expertise and project feasibility insights.

Assist in preparing customer presentations, technical documents, and cost estimates.

Customer Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.

Maintain a strong customer focus and build long-term relationships based on trust and delivery excellence.

Technical Contribution: Actively contribute to technical discussions and problem-solving during project design and execution phases.

Support the engineering team in translating customer requirements into practical, efficient solutions.

Your profile: Education: Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Marine or Power Generation industries.

Proven track record in Application Engineering or technical roles.

Hands-on approach with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Project Management tools and methodologies.

English at a professional level is a must.

German is a strong plus.

Mindset: Customer-centric with a focus on delivering results and building partnerships.
