- Job Summary

- In our Milan Design Center in Italy, we develop medical devices for the healthcare market.

For our expanding team, we are looking for a Project Manager located in IT Milano Medical Design.

- Reporting to the Design Project Manager, Resource Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.

- What a typical day looks like:

- Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.

Also, maintain an accurate forecast of resources requirements and financial data. -

- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics. -

- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities. -

- Support design and production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise. -

- Be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers along with Monitoring and tracking that the project and program deliverables are met. - The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- Finished degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Management Engineering or equivalent. -

- Demonstrated experience as Project Manager. -

- Experience in mechatronics and/or injection molding and/or electronics. -

- Proficient in English is a must to lead advance technical discussions with international teams and stakeholders and Italian would be a plus. -

- Experience with the design of medical devices would be a plus. -
