Per un nostro importante cliente siamo alla ricerca di un/a: Project Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams involved in a project in order to coordinate the release of features.

- Coordinate with different teams to set out the release plan, taking into account priorities set, team capacity and dependencies among teams.

- Ensure alignments among Stakeholders and Product Team

- Manage smoothly change of projects in which Teams will be involved so to ensure efficiency

- Identify obstacles and help the teams to overcome them

- Report on the progress status of team activities and the impact on the delivery plan highlighting issues, risk, dependencies and monitoring project costs.

- Own relationship with stakeholders and being direct escalation point for issue raised.

- Promote and support continuous improvement of teams internal processes and workflows.

**Requirements**:

**Skills and Qualifications

- 6-7+ years of experience as PM

- Communication - strong verbal communication skills to proficiently interact with different teams and roles, as well as good written communication skills to create detailed reports.

- Listen to the needs of technical and business stakeholders and interpret them.

Able to manage stakeholders' expectations and be flexible.

Proactive and reactive in communication and able to facilitate difficult discussions among the teams or with other stakeholders.

- Parallel project management - well-organized and good in managing multiple projects in parallel

- Strong organizational and relational skills, able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and work under pressure;

- Demonstrated proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving with a clear sense of priority, reliability and accuracy;

- Structured way of working and a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks;

- Excellent level of written and spoken English.

- Experience in JIRA tool and Experience in Agile contest is a plus
