**Scopo della funzione del reparto

- The purpose of the Project Manager function is to secure the coordination of people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results by supporting the GWS organization

**Descrizione

- The overall function is to drive projects regarding new and/or improvement projects, and to keep the overview of all aspects in the project and make sure that it is completed on time, within budget and that all objectives are met.

The Project Manager is the one making sure that resources are used most efficiently, and that his/her stakeholders are satisfied with the process and results

**Principali responsabilità

- Projects Management Governance

Report and escalate to management as needed following existing Gurit's project management frameworks (e. g.

Gate-way process for non-NPI projects) to run projects in the correct way.

Projects Tracking & Monitoring

Track and provide project status reports.

Project Management Team Collaboration

Propose standards or improvement ideas for project management capabilities (execution, monitoring and reporting of projects) to the Head of PMO.

**Competenze ed esperienza

- Ability to deliver projects across multiple sites getting key stakeholders' alignment and buy-in.

- Strong experience with project management.

- Ability to give professional presentations, adapting style and content to be appropriate for differing audiences.

- Data-driven approach - proven ability to work with numbers to make decisions.

- Expert knowledge within project skills.

- 5-8 years of proven experience in management of medium

- to high complexity R&D projects
