We are looking for a Software Tester who can lead the automation and functional testing of our products and ensure the highest quality standards. As a Software Tester, you will have the opportunity to:Plan, execute, and monitor the testing activities of multiple projectsCoordinate with the development, business analysis, and client teams to define the testing scope, schedule, and deliverablesManage the testing resources, tools, and processesReport and escalate the testing issues, risks, and status to the stakeholdersEnsure compliance with the testing best practices and methodologiesTo be successful in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in software testingProficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, etc. Experience in functional testing, including manual and exploratory testingFluency in Italian and English, and ideally a third languageExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesOne or more of the following certifications or qualifications:Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)Google Project Management: Professional CertificationProject Management Professional (PMP)Professional Scrum MasterIf you are living in Italy, you must hold a P. Iva (VAT identification number) to be eligible for this position.
