**PROJECT MANAGER for Electrification, Automation and Digitalization Systems Applications

You will lead as project manager a Project portfolio pan of about 7-10mio on different business lines and markets from the orders acknowledgement to the delivery to the customer including the supervision of the commissioning and site activities, interfacing and managing the project team members through all the main project milestones and company departments (engineering, purchase, financial, tax, logistics, . . . ) with the aim of delivery the project hitting the targets assigned in terms of economics, timing, quality and health and safety in accordance to the contract awarded.

**How You'll Make an Impact

- Managing the assigned tasks with growing autonomies and responsibility for the results.

- Analyzing contracts and alignment check between Offer and Order to be carried out together with Proposal Manger during handover phase

- Communicating effectively with all internal functions involved during order execution and after sales

- Communicating effectively with customers for all order specific relevant issues (technical and commercial) in coordination with the Sales/Account Manager and Technical Expert

- Monitoring the milestones and adherence to budgets, and initiates actions to minimize non-conformance cost

- Following to Project Excellence standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e. g.

Tax regulations, Export Control, EHS).

- Ensuring the achievement of all contractual goals

- Driving the execution of technical documentation control & handling, in cooperation with Engineering Department

- Being autonomous to handle customer escalations and to escalate inside Italy/HQ organization, if needed

- Handling of NC and after sales issues in cooperation with internal Customer Service Department

- Managing tools, reports in order to monitor the progress of the supply and possible critical issues;

- Knowledge of the market technology and the competitors' portfolio is appreciated

- Contributing to continuously improve the product lifecycle management to optimize the business performance.

**What You Bring

- Passion in managing challenges related to project handling within the Oil&Gas, Fiber, Marine and Industrial business.

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation.

- Good mandatory knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.

- Available to occasional short business trips in Italy and abroad if needed.

- Strong orientation to reach the targets and to customer satisfaction, initiative, autonomy and propensity to work in team
