Job Description: The main areas of responsibility are:

Ensure the delivery of the portfolio according to the established timing, ensuring respect of the costs, time, and quality agreed.

Ensure the operating forecast reporting for all clients assigned by cooperating with the Sales function responsible for assigned Customers.

Support the Key Customer Manager in drafting complex MSC quotations in order to prevent and anticipate any difficulties in delivery.

Define the planning and detailed programming.

Organize efficiently and effectively the human resources available in individual projects (promoting communication and team working in the project team).

Support the achievement of the established Profit and Loss targets of the pertinent area, focusing on project profitability improvement and supporting planning for the optimization of the scheduled activities.

Distribute the resources on the activities and monitor the work-in-progress.

Periodic control process (costs, scope, job card), reporting to the PM Manager the progress of the work, the quality of the activities performed and deliverables, anticipating the needs of particular interventions or contractual revisions.

Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.

Certification as Third Party Lead Auditor in quality management systems for a minimum of two of the following schemes: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, ISO 50001, ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 37001.

Previous experience in successfully managing complex projects within other certification bodies.

Excellent client communication abilities coupled with a proven track record of building and sustaining strong relationships.

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian.
